  This has been one of the most frustrating banking experiences i've ever had. My transistion from Atlantic Financial to Freedom Federal has been an absolute nightmare. it's painfully obvious that staff are not properly trained on the new banking system, because every time I reach out, I get inconsistent, incomplete and half-informed answers, No one seems to know what's going on, which has made this process unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. I'm actively researching other banks that offer better products, better service and staff who are actually prepared to help their customers. As a customer, this level of confusion and lack of support is unacceptable. Banking should feel secure, organized and reliable not stressful and uncertain.

  They Keep you on, hold for over an hour.They never know what's going on with your account poor telephone service. Will not be staying with them they have had 2 years to merge I'm on hold now will be hanging up!
