    Security guard rudely yelled at us from the bank door about open parking lot, no signs stating bank only parking!!!

    Mr. Diaz is hands down one of the best branch managers I’ve ever worked with. He went above and beyond to help me, made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and treated me with genuine care and professionalism. He is a huge asset to this bank—thank you for the exceptional service!

    The security guard is very rude and disrespectful and is back by the employees and corporate because he has been there for 25 years..He is very aggressive to anyone who even looks at the parking lot.He called numerous people out of their names for parking there without being aware that it is the banks parking lot..The employees/ branch manager condones his behavior , he knows they will cover for him so he harasses and is very aggressive to people ..and don't bother calling corporate they are just as worst and speaks highly of him, He's very sneaky and rude but That's what Eastern Savings Bank loves I guess
