  The security guard Keith is a reflection of what you will deal with at this branch..the branch Manager and Corporate condones his behavior..Do not Bank there

  The security guard is very rude and disrespectful and is back by the employees and corporate because he has been there for 25 years..He is very aggressive to anyone who even looks at the parking lot.He called numerous people out of their names for parking there without being aware that it is the banks parking lot..The employees/ branch manager condones his behavior , he knows they will cover for him so he harasses and is very aggressive to people ..and don't bother calling corporate they are just as worst and speaks highly of him, He's very sneaky and rude but That's what Eastern Savings Bank loves I guess

  The tellers are rude, the security guard is completely over zealous about his job. I work right next door to this bank location, I've had multiple instances where the security guard has come outside yelling about anyone except bank customers being parked in their 20+ car parking lot on the side which is also connected to the shopping center where my store is. They pick and choose who they allow to park there causing many inconvenience. To alienate the businesses next door to this bank to me is an indication of the kind of people you'll deal with here.
