- MZMike ZellhoferJun 16, 20261.0Called three times in two hours and the phone just rang. Stopped by in the afternoon and was told that the only person who could help me was in a meeting. When I said that this was unacceptable the lady who was not helping me got up and returned with the meeting lady. The meeting lady threatened to close my account for lack of paperwork. Mind you they have never asked for this paperwork in the 10 years I’ve had the account. Then she had the nerve to tell me to make an appointment. When I explained that I had tried but no one would answer the phone she responded, “Well now you have my card, email me, we are busy.”

Very conveniently located (for me and my wife), never that busy, and customer service is always fantastic. Hours are also excellent, and features a drive through service. I have tried all the banks in the area, PNC is hands down the BEST in terms of fees, policies, and website features
