- RLRobert LarmoreApr 20, 20263.0The Strange case of PNC bank. I went into Maryland Line PNC, one teller, 2 people waiting. Second teller on duty assigned as a door opener. I had a $17 check to cash, handed teller the check, my PNC bank statement and drivers license. Teller asks for more identification, asks for a credit card. I said no, I have a REAL ID drivers license, it gets me though the TSA at the airport. The tellers comment that the workers there do not know me, I have been going to that branch for 32 years and they will never know me because every time I go in the tellers have changed. In response to PNC- I did give the teller my photo REAL ID drivers license, I will not also hand over my credit card. -Ridiculous-

Emily helped me set up my new bank accounts, and Jenny is always a joy to work with. I really appreciate those who work here, and I have always had positive experiences!

Tried to open an account for my daughter and couldn't help me because 1 employee was stuck in traffic. There were 4 employees there and no one could help and wanted me to make an appointment for 4 hours later after I drove specifically to this branch. Think I need to consider changing banks all together.
