  I visited PNC Bank in Olney today to open both a business account and a personal checking account, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Sajith helped me with opening my personal account, and he was incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood all the account features and options available to me. I truly appreciated how educational and welcoming the entire experience was. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. I highly recommend the PNC Olney branch to anyone looking for friendly, professional, and helpful banking service!

  I used this branch when it was a local bank in the 80s. It went through several corporate changes: Mercantile Bank and then PNC. Although PNC has to be the worst bank in the United States, the staff and management of this branch remains solid. Emily helped me to solve a problem that I have been trying to solve for two years: cancel a transfer of funds from my PNC account to an external bank. Even corporate does not have a clue on how to solve anything, even how to correctly execute wire transfers. Since this is a DBA business account, switching to another bank is too difficult, so I am stuck with PNC. But the Olney Branch "makes things work!" Thanks to this branch and Emily for solving a problem that no one else had the brains to solve!

  Customer service was horrible... I wasted and hour wait for them to not help with my account.... Never banking here again.... I'm closing my account....

  This is an honest review for this location, and NOT a review of PNC as an entity etc.. I've had to visit this site on several occasions as it's the only real BRANCH in the area, not some cut out inside of a grocery store. Every time I arrive, I'm professionally welcomed regardless of how I am dressed for the day, and the premise has "ample parking" and is clean. Today, I came 10 minutes before closing in which, my transaction, which included major documentation, photo copies, etc, was handled surprisingly by the receptionist at the door (front desk). I was out before they closed, mind you, there were several customers there. (calling head and addressing the reason for your visit ahead of time seems to GREATLY improve all of my experiences because SOMEONE there is aware of your presence and need.) I'm not sure if the unfortunate circumstances the other customer faced at this facility, as I've had to get a new card printed here also, which took 10 minutes.. During the lunch rush. Mind you, green turtle bar is next door. I can sincerely say, the employees here are professional and proudly, demographically diverse. The half dozen times I've used their services, I can recall with absolution, that every time I'm in there, they're busy, yet, I see the team work, dedication, and communication, some of which work related, others, times of laughter to lighten the tension of a busy vestibule. These folks are on point. 4 stars out of the 5, ONLY because in honest review, the location sucks lol. Shared parking with an adjacent bar and competing bank, is a bit rough when getting in and out. Hope this helps. Kudos to those employees.. And if PNC corporate is reading this, pay them a ghost visit, see for yourself, then after you witness true consistent professionalism, give them proper mention within your own corporation.. Trust me, it means something. **drops mic... Subsequent feedback reverberates from the speakers **
