- BQBeau QuaernaMay 6, 20261.0One of the worst banks I’ve ever worked with. Three reasons: 1. Slow, unenthusiastic, and unhelpful customer service (generally) 2. Deceptive business practices. Read all fine print from this bank, especially around CDs. They will AUTOrenew your CD at a MUCH lower rate than advertised. Mine went from 3.5% to 0.99% without my consent. Charged me a hidden fee to get out of the CD. The other option was them to hold my funds without my consent for 7 more months. Based on this experience, I can only imagine what a nightmare this bank would be if you took a mortgage out with them. This bank struggles to even transfer funds between accounts without a major headache. 3. Poor communication and intentional lack of communication probably instructed to these branches by corporate to take advantage of customer for an extra buck.

I will say, if you call their branch, you will be on hold for quite a while, which can be an inconvenience. But my experience was good, no complaints.
- ASAkeem SalakoApr 18, 20221.0This is the worst FNB branch in Maryland. I have been to several FNB banks and they are by far the worst when it comes to customer service. The tellers are not very friendly at all except to people they know. All people are not treated the same and the branch manager doesn’t help either. The wait is always ridiculous in the bank and drive thru even though they have at least 3 employees they still can not move the customers timely. Please work on the customer service at this branch. I will not be back to this branch ever again.
