  This particular bank needs a make over all the way to the Mgr. To bank with FNB is pretty good I think but the crew thats at this branch needs to be fired there rude and racist to folk thats not of there color

  One of the worst banks I’ve ever worked with. Three reasons: 1. Slow, unenthusiastic, and unhelpful customer service (generally) 2. Deceptive business practices. Read all fine print from this bank, especially around CDs. They will AUTOrenew your CD at a MUCH lower rate than advertised. Mine went from 3.5% to 0.99% without my consent. Charged me a hidden fee to get out of the CD. The other option was them to hold my funds without my consent for 7 more months. Based on this experience, I can only imagine what a nightmare this bank would be if you took a mortgage out with them. This bank struggles to even transfer funds between accounts without a major headache. 3. Poor communication and intentional lack of communication probably instructed to these branches by corporate to take advantage of customer for an extra buck.

  Wen on my lunch break to get a temp card. After it taking my whole linch break, i get back to work to find out the card doesnt work. Then they told me to come back tomorrow to get another. Time wasted

  This is the worst bank I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Everything was going great until they purchased Howard and my account. This bank closes whenever they feel like it seems, lets the calls ring on hold for 30-60 mins(I once drove to the bank on hold, to arrive to an empty lobby), locks your card every other month or cancels for fraud case you bought coffee at a different spot than usual. I would've gone back to BoA if I knew it would be this horrible. Closing my account next week.

  Absolutely unprofessional. We came from Howard Bank, and after this last month dealing with this bank we are closing our account. My online account gets hacked, after waiting on hold for an hour I get someone who can’t verify the emails sent to me were official. The only thing she can do is shut me out of my online access forever and close my debit card. Today I go into the bank, I’m trying to do all this explaining at the teller window inside the bank with multiple conversations going on around me. I should have been taken into a mangers office. I’m then told I don’t really have to close the account I just can’t have online access “for a while” ok so I literally can’t check my account online. No thank you. I’m also told in so many words “did you click on Norton anti virus? Maybe they have your username from somewhere else. This will also happen at M&T (the bank I was switching too). It’s an absolute unprofessional and toxic environment. 0/10 do not recommend.
