    I have had both good and not-so-good experiences with different Enterprise locations, and I also had an issue with charges that took nearly two weeks to resolve. I contacted Enterprise customer service several times, and each time I was told that my call would be transferred to management or that someone would contact me. Unfortunately, I waited a long time without receiving a call back and had to keep following up. Eventually, I received a call from the Enterprise location in Linthicum Heights, and the person I spoke with was extremely helpful and took the time to understand the situation. They were able to resolve the issue that I had been trying to address for the past two weeks. I really appreciate the effort and professionalism shown by the local team. While I hope Enterprise can improve its customer service follow-up so customers don’t have to make repeated calls, I am very thankful that this location took ownership of the issue and helped me get it resolved. Thank you!
