  PNC is the worst bank in the world, I went in because I had a problem with my account there was some money missing, and when I asked for help from the banker he treated me very rude, condescending, harsh tune of voice, very threatening presents, and said to I'm a man, I felt very discriminated against because I'm the opposite gender, this should never happen to any customer I felt very upset and disappointed, disgusted that I was treated this way. So I then went to the other branch again to see what happened to my money missing, the girl was nice and said it was a glitch, so I spoke with another banker he could not fix the problem so my money remains missing. A few days later I go back to once to close my account, they tell me I cant and I was not happy about this...Once again I left there pissed off as I was leaving the banker Eddy starts laughing at me. Please everyone if you value your money and don't want it taken from you do not bank with once they are a crooked and should be closed.

  Thank you Ebony Fleming for your help!! She was very determine to help me get my info straight, Alexander Canas from laurel location was also helpful thank you Pnc employees I give PNC more than five stars cause these two people went above and beyond thier customer service

  Had an issue with a cashiers check and needed to stop payment on it and have another one issued. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!! No one there knew what to do or how to do it. I still don't have my check. The last excuse was there was no ink in the printer WTH!!!!!!!!! I have no issues with PNC as a whole but this branch sucks...............

  I’m not sure how it was before but there’s a new manager and staff and they are all great. Focus on customer service and empathy if they can’t help.

  I wish I could give no stars. Very difficult working with PNC Mortgage and also PNC Bank. My mother rented a safe deposit box & they raised it $60 in one year for no reason. When calling, always have to be placed on hold. They do nothing about maintaining security and upkeep. But the worst issue is the utter lack of service re PNC Mortgage. I have been given the runaround vis a vis accepting mortgage payments at the bank, etc. Finally worked it out, but it was a real problem. DO NOT USE PNC MORTGAGE FOR ANYTHING. THEY ARE AWFUL.
