  Worst credit union ever. The president can sit there and talk about service and community but the credit union is anything but like them. I miss the old AFFCU as the union members and staff were always helpful and willing to find resolutions instead of just washing their hands off and saying we can’t do anything about the charges that the union’s computer system has imposed. Stay away from this as far as you can. These folks are worse than big banks.

  Liked it better before the merger. Just liked getting my direct deposit on Thursday. Also if you lost your debit card you could walk Into the branch for a replacement.

  Can’t even pay my car loan for the past month. This transition is horrible. I’m getting voicemails to pay my car but can’t even pay online…

  If I could give a zero I would. It has been weeks trying to get this transition completed every time you call. You're on hold for over an hour and a half. We finally did reach someone. They were not pleasant. Treated us like we were stupid. We still are not able to access and transfer various things in our account and I can't get one of my credit cards to work. This has been the worst transition/merger I have ever experienced and I have been around a long time.

  I am so beyond fed up. My daughter certificate is up for renewal, yet the email that is on the paper, no one responds to. I have tried to called 5 times and cant get ahold of anyone. I have tried the call back feature and no one calls back. This transition has been HORRIBLE.
