- JLJoy LucasJul 1, 20265.0Not happy about the merge between AFFCU and Freedom Federal. Lots of changes, BUT what hasn’t changed is the top tier customer service. Tamiyah, Ms. Deb and the crew at the Hunt Valley location are ALWAYS friendly and consistently helpful. I’ve been a member since I was 18, and at the age of 47, I value now more than ever good customer service.

- SGSharad GargMay 19, 20261.0Worst credit union ever. The president can sit there and talk about service and community but the credit union is anything but like them. I miss the old AFFCU as the union members and staff were always helpful and willing to find resolutions instead of just washing their hands off and saying we can’t do anything about the charges that the union’s computer system has imposed. Stay away from this as far as you can. These folks are worse than big banks.
