  I walked in to make a deposit. The ATM in the lobby was occupied, so I walked into the branch. A woman greeted me and asked what I was here for, I said deposit. She asks cash or check? I said cash. She pointed to the lobby ATM and said “we don’t take cash inside, you have to deposit at the ATM” How does a BANK not accept CASH?? This is the stupidest thing I have ever encountered.

  The man who works at the location all by himself has been so nice and helpful. He is not the problem at all. PNC is the problem. This location can’t even make a new bank card anymore because they took the machine out, and the automated teller machines are completely useless! Bring back the tellers. I opened a Truist account and I am in the process of closing my PNC account.

  No bank tellers, virtual tellers apparently, they got rid over the competent employees. Worst banking experience ever!!!!

  I have never experienced nothing but great service at this location! I have been with them since they opened. Just recently Tanya helped to go over my account and was very helpful making sure everything was in order. I use the ATM often but the times I have gone in the bank have been pleasant.
