- MMM MAug 17, 20261.0Believe the negative reviews after spending 25mins in the bank and watching everyone including people who have come in after me get help. The incompetent bank manager with green glasses tells me they cannot help me. After I waited there and had to drive around and detour to get in because of an accident. They woman told me she will be getting someone who can help me. He walked right on up took someone that needed assistance after me started working on her until after the bank closed then came to me to tell me that he could not help me because they were closed and no one could stay late. When I was clearly there before and watched them help everyone else and still didn’t pay me a nick of attention until I had cleared my throat so they could see that someone else was clearly there. I will be pulling out business account from them and will not being doing any business with them moving forward.

I called to get the status of a cashier’s check — a very simple request that any bank should be able to handle — and the person who answered, Maisah Poindexter, clearly didn’t know how to help. Instead of transferring me to someone knowledgeable, she put me on hold repeatedly, didn’t understand the request, and eventually hung up on me. This should have taken two minutes. Instead, it turned into a long, pointless, and completely avoidable mess. I’ve been a customer since PNC bought F&M Bank in 2007. The level of knowledge, professionalism, and basic competence just isn’t what it used to be. I’m genuinely disappointed in the staff at this branch, and experiences like this make me question whether PNC still values long‑time customers at all.
