  I had a very disappointing experience at PNC Bank. I waited over 30 minutes just to get help. One employee finished assisting a customer and then disappeared. When I went to see what was taking so long, she was sitting behind the counter chatting with another employee instead of helping the customers who were waiting. The tall gentleman named Luke also seemed more focused on flirting with customers than providing timely service. During my visit, he even allowed customers to use the employees’ personal restroom while people in the lobby were still waiting to be helped. Overall, the customer service was unprofessional and the lack of urgency was frustrating. I expect a bank to value its customers’ time and provide prompt, professional service.

  I love this branch on dual highway. I made the mistake of going to the Virginia avenue location ( DONT DO IT THEY ARE TERRIBLE) I didn’t catch his name. But he delivers excellent service every time. Middle age black dude. Shout out to you !

  States 24/7 access to atm inside but then locks the doors and the outside atmosphere doesnt deposit cash? No sense

  I stopped by the Dual Hwy branch to make 2 cash deposits at the drive thru, both lanes had people in them so I had to wait for about 10 minutes. When I get to the window/camera the teller greets me and promptly states that the bank now closed at 5pm but she will go ahead and make my deposit this one time. Mind you it was 5:01 when she said this to me. I told her that I had been waiting in the line for over 10 minutes. I had everything ready to go also, deposit tickets were filled in with account numbers and everything. She makes my deposits, turns off the camera and sends the drive thru tube back with my receipts without a single word. No, here you go, thank you, NOTHING! Just turns off the camera! This is so completely unacceptable and unprofessional! I've been banking with PNC for probably 15 years and never have I ever had such a rude employee interaction! These transactions were done on 01/12/2026 at 5:03pm, cashbox 05 for the bank manager that hopefully reads this.

  I wanted to love this bank, because Sam and her team seemed amazing. We opened an account with them in July 2025 during their promotional period to receive the $400 deposit if we met all the qualifications, we did but we didn't receive our deposit. We were promised we would get it in 90 days. It took them 8 months to give us the $400, but hey we finally got it! If you open an account and qualify for the deposit may the odds forever be in your favor. 🫡
