My sister and I have been trying to close out some information from my late father, and weren't getting anywhere with it. That all changed when I stepped into this location and met Samantha. Not only were they able to speak with me where so many others had failed, but they got the ball rolling for us finally. Thanks to their help with this, we have now been able to move forward with closing out things. They were a wonderful person to speak with, and I will definitely be asking for them the next time I am in the area. They were very helpful with me, even during lunch time. They made me feel that my concerns were theirs, and I am very grateful at what they were able to take care of for my sister and I.

When I went to see what was taking so long, she was sitting behind the counter chatting with another employee instead of helping the customers who were waiting. The tall gentleman named Luke also seemed more focused on flirting with customers than providing timely service. During my visit, he even allowed customers to use the employees’ personal restroom while people in the lobby were still waiting to be helped. Overall, the customer service was unprofessional and the lack of urgency was frustrating. I expect a bank to value its customers’ time and provide prompt, professional service.
