- AZApril ZebroskiJun 26, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at PNC Bank. I waited over 30 minutes just to get help. One employee finished assisting a customer and then disappeared. When I went to see what was taking so long, she was sitting behind the counter chatting with another employee instead of helping the customers who were waiting. The tall gentleman named Luke also seemed more focused on flirting with customers than providing timely service. During my visit, he even allowed customers to use the employees’ personal restroom while people in the lobby were still waiting to be helped. Overall, the customer service was unprofessional and the lack of urgency was frustrating. I expect a bank to value its customers’ time and provide prompt, professional service.
