- CJCharmia JamesJun 23, 20262.0Came here twice in a day first time to try get card printed the lady at the desk said the tellers could do it but let her check to see if she would !! She messaged her I’m guessing the tellers told her no . So I leave I come back they telling me I have to continue to wait on a debit card which I don’t understand if you go to any bank when banks was using card that the teller is not trained for a card replacement ! There 4 people sitting around , and I know you have to have patience but come on now this is ridiculous. This branch is crazy .

And Devynn, my teller, was extremely helpful. She processed the job professionally and efficiently, and kindly offered services which are definitely needed. Won't hesitate to visit again.

Waited in line for over twenty minutes, then I finally got to the teller to do a simple withdrawal from my checkings and had to wait another 15 minutes for a manager to “approve” the withdrawal. If you can avoid coming to this location, save yourself the stress and time and go elsewhere.
