Today was a horrible experience at PNC with my husband have had account for many years my husband wallet stolen over weekend, so we went in this morning to report card and to get another debit card that’s when the nightmare happened Semira Lesperance very rude !!! told her what happened and right away without opening our account said I can’t help you and won’t be doing so . Well very upset we went to Severna Park Branch and they were able to close out card and print a new one immediately we were so pleased she asked which branch was rude told her and she was not surprised all is fixed and my husband all good thank you to Grace she was our angel for the day stay away from Glen burnie branch !!!!

Multimillion dollar corporation yet only one employee. So you will wait your a** if you need something. Had to wait for over an hour to get a debit card replaced totally unacceptable closed my account

Came here twice in a day first time to try get card printed the lady at the desk said the tellers could do it but let her check to see if she would !! She messaged her I’m guessing the tellers told her no . So I leave I come back they telling me I have to continue to wait on a debit card which I don’t understand if you go to any bank when banks was using card that the teller is not trained for a card replacement ! There 4 people sitting around , and I know you have to have patience but come on now this is ridiculous. This branch is crazy .

ATM machines have to be the same manufacturer as McDonalds ice cream machines they’re always out of service. And if it works large bills not available like other banks.

She processed the job professionally and efficiently, and kindly offered services which are definitely needed. Won't hesitate to visit again.
