- SHScott HarpDec 16, 20182.0Outside ATM can't do checks, inside ATM can't do cash. Be prepared to walk around.
- LJLaura JAug 15, 20151.0They don't even deserve 1 star. They spend all of their time gossiping vs actually working. They have messed up my account on so many occasions charging extra fees whereever they can. They are unable to retrieve checkbooks in a turnaround time of over 3 months. They are in a constant state of confusion and will only blame the customer. When I requested to speak to a manager, they purposely hijacked my account. Perhaps the BBB can help because they are your worst nightmare ever. No one should ever be treated like that - especially when your own money is at stake. It's disgusting.
