Five years of bank statements were required. I tried to get copies online to no avail. The branch manager attempted to get the records FAXED to the provider but that didn't work either. So I went to my "PNC Personal Banker" Mike Facine who made it happen. I got the copies but in "hard copy" format. To expedite things, Mike used the branch fax machine to send all five years of bank statements to the nursing home company. I can't say enough positive things about how much help my Personal Banker has been. If you need help with your banking drop by the branch at 5279 Buckeystown Pike here in Frederick, Maryland and ask for MIKE!
