  Had to go in to reset a pin on a brand new card and couldn’t do it over the phone, John helped me and it was easy peasy. Thank you for making this smooth for me. Much appreciated! Will come back to this location if I need anything in person. 🙌

  I’m not a member of PNC, but stopped in to have a document notarized. John was super helpful, efficient and friendly.

  25MAR.2026 For my 1st and only time there, I was greeted at the front door and the door was opened for me by a nice guy who is the 2nd Officer on the right. My experience was welcoming and professional. What I need addressed there, it was in a timely manner. Thank you PNC of Frederick.

  I had to go in three times to set up my business bank account, called seven times, including corporate, and almost a month later my business bank account is still not set up the way that I would like it set up. The bank manager, Linda promises things, and then does not deliver most importantly, phone calls and emails. I will be avoiding this branch whenever possible and I’m looking at the possibility of switching to a different bank because of how upset I am over the situation.
