So I'm waiting for 30min to come back in. And there have wait line. And nobody taking care me it wasted my time 30min before and 30min after appointment time. I have no idea what is appointment for? Before covid they will very nice and friendly. And now everything changes.
- PTPeta TownsJun 25, 20211.0Terrible Service. 8593 Baltimore National Pike location.. We had an appointment with Jay and he wasn't there. The teller said he just stepped out. So he stepped out at the time of our appointment. So he knew he had an appointment and went about his own business. After we were waiting for some time. I went back to the teller and asked her if she called him she said yes. Waiting again. Went back to her and she said his current appointment is running late. Lies! Abdolute lie. If he just stepped out he is definitely not on company business. PNC business is securing a new business account. We made the appointment on Monday because according to this same Jay you have to make an appointment to open a business account and their business account specialist is not in all the time. Back to him running late. She's saying he'll be back at 4pm. I asked her if it's because I have nothing else to do. She's sorry for the inconvenience. How about the poor customer service and absolutely terrible treatment. Now I'm annoyed. I asked for the manager. She says he's the manager. Seems like PNC needs to review their practices and training because their staff has lost it during the pandemic and need some professional help.

You may be the only one in the waiting room, but they would prefer to check voicemails than assist you. Bunch of children at the front desk with terrible attitudes.
