Two women employees in one of the offices said we will be right with you. At first they were talking about banking. Then they started talking about their personal lives as we waited and waited.

- BHBritt HorneNov 14, 20171.0I used the PNC at Long Gate atm last night to withdraw cash because unfortunately there were no M&T banks nearby. Not only was I charged 3.50$ for using an outside bank, my transaction was never processed and I never received my money or my card back. I called the bank this morning and spoke to the manager on duty, Laura, who was not helpful in the least. She informed me that because it was not a PNC card that was stuck inside th machine, they couldn’t retrieve it. So now I have to order a new debit card and wait 5-7 business days or pay 30$ to have one expedited. There should be some sort of sign warning customers of this “policy” so that they don’t use PNC atm’s. This is completely unacceptable.
