  I’ve been using their business banking services for years, and the experience has been excellent. The branch staff is always professional, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They make business banking simple and smooth for me, it’s always a pleasure working with them.

  I'm a conversion account holder Howard Bank. Since it converted to First National Bank the following has occurred: - our small business payroll was hacked and money was withdrawn from the account and never repaid, although I was told it would be repaid. - deposit errors made by the teller. I had to call the branch to point out the error to correct. Branch refused to reissue a statement that would match our Quickbooks. - we financed a vehicle through Howard Bank and the title was lost during the bank's conversion requiring ME to apply for a duplicate title with the MVA. Very fun. - customer service is TERRIBLE. I had to chase down all the issues on my own and received ZERO return calls. - wait times at the drive through are ridiculously long. Run from this bank as fast as you can.

  After a horrendous experience trying to get a PPP loan for our business with Bank of America (our bank for 16 plus years), we reached out to LeNora and Howard Bank. She was so understanding and responsive. She made the loan process seamless and we were approved for the loan within 5 days. Howard Bank has taken the lead to make sure the Loan Forgiveness process is easier for the customer. Howard Bank has all the products we thought were only possible with a big bank. But unlike Bank of American we can call at any time and speak to a friendly voice. We can put a name to a face as opposed to relying on someone different by phone every time to give us a nonspecific, generic, and negative response. We have a great working relationship with LeNora and Howard Bank Centennial Place. I was so pleased; I transferred my personal account as well.
