I will say they are understaffed , I watched the manager run the teller and manage , as another manager I must say I respected the fact he got involved !

Her level of customer service is exemplary… I’m not a big customer… I don’t have a lot of money in either my checking or my savings account but she treated me with such dignity and respect that I felt like I was a millionaire… Thank you so much for this level of guest service… I could not be happier… I will definitely tell all my friends! One teller gets offended, curses you under her breath, cries to her boss, and PNC closes all your accounts WITHOUT EXPLANATION! Branch pretends they know nothing about it. A disgraceful and disgusting manner in which to treat a decades-long client with a very substantial balance. Perhaps it's a godsend - inept management and ridiculous fees. Oh, and PNC? Please don't bother reacting with your canned responses.
