    I am 27 years old and have lived in Anne Arundel County my entire life. I hold a degree in finance from Penn State and have worked locally for Northrop Grumman since 2018. I have personal and business accounts with NASA FCU, TD Bank, Shore United Bank, Truist Bank, PNC Bank, and Lafayette FCU. I set up a small business checking account in 2023 at FNB to conduct my marine electronics side business. Due to an oversight on my behalf, my American Express credit card was autopaying my statement balance two weeks prior to the closing date. As a result, I incurred $172.25 in unplanned FNB overdraft fees in this account. I have since resolved the autopay issue and requested a courtesy refund of the overdraft fees via FNB customer service, in person with Adrian, the Edgewater manager, and also the Annapolis branch. In all cases I did not receive a follow up to my requests for a courtesy refund. Today, I was informed the requests are routed to a marketing manager who is a “stickler” Because of this, I have closed my account at FNB and will conduct my business elsewhere. This is my first experience with a bank that does not provide ANY annual allowance for fee refunds or a direct customer service experience. I recommend you check out the other banking offerings in the Edgewater and greater Annapolis area.

    I have been a client of the First National Bank in Edgewater, MD for about 10 years. Adrian is absolutely fantastic! He has responded quickly and professionaly everytime I call. Everyone is friedly and courteous. I highly recomment this branch and Adrian!

    worst customer service ever- would not resolve an issue with a check that they were unable to read eve though I verified the amount over the phone and the correct amount was written in the numerical box- explained that I had an injury and writing was difficult- they didn't care- very disappointed with my experience with this branch.........
