- KTKira TAug 17, 20244.0At first I gave a very lengthy & negative review after dealing with Karen the Assistant Manager for over a month in person, emails, calls, jumping through hoops for no reason, and her overall hostile/surly customer service. Then I got in contact with Jessy and she fixed my issues in one day. She's extremely pleasant and efficient...so I am amending my review and I would only recommend speaking with Jessy if you plan on using this branch.

They want me to open an account before they cash their own check?!?!?! Come on. Why would I bank with someone who wont cash my checks for my clients either. Just junk. All day. I will no longer be accepting checks from this bank, my clients will be forced to find a new way to pay rather than me finding a new way to get my money. So inconvienient.
