  RE - 6130 Columbia Crossing Branch I didn’t realize July 2, 2026 was a BANK holiday - arrived at 4:01 pm and NO ONE was in the Lobby with doors locked and light off! The sign on the door states that hours are 9 am until 6 pm M-F and I double checked the web page to confirm the hours - sure enough it says 9-6 M-F and there was no note on the door as to why the branch was closed at 4 pm on a Thursday afternoon. Not all transactions can be done via the atm or drive thru - some transactions can only be completed in the BRANCH. What’s going on with this branch - lately the service is horrible????

  Got made fun of for wanting a check book… Then cornered about getting a credit card instead. Is this their selling technique? Put customers down until they feel so small they do what PNC says out of intimidation and bullying? Super unprofessional, sarcastic, rude; they will literally laugh at you over your bank account. I’ll travel as far as I need to in order to use another branch of PNC. I was never helped with the checks.

  The drive thru ATM NEVER WORKS!! I should not have to park and walk in every single time I need cash. Please fix it

  I am making this review a little after the fact but I came into this branch about a little over a month ago and got thee best service I’ve ever experienced at a bank before. The manager Masoud went the extra mile to help me resolve a challenge and I am incredibly grateful. I had to leave a review because great customer service is not reported enough. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

  Scheduled an appointment to renew an expired CD account that was not inside the grace period. I waited for 20 minutes before being told that the manager was out of the office. They'll contact us to reschedule it.
