  This bank is absolutely not like any bank ever been a customer of. Their customer care is unprofessional at best. Tried for two years and can’t any longer be a customer at this bank that don’t care about service to their senior patrons. They have the slowest tellers & unaware of the long lines in their small bank lobby is ridiculously tight. The mobile app will become unavailable if you try to access it before 9:00am when they apparently are open. Their telephone banking will lock you out for unknown reasons & the employees can’t help you over the phone. You have to go to the bank in order to reset your password. But why do I need to every three - four months that this happens. Then came the last hurrah was when their customer care employees keep you on the telephone and with their too many verification questions just to tell you I’m sorry but you cannot be verified; for help to access my bank account. How crazily and absurdly is that? Right. I am absolutely through with this nonsensical treatment by this bank. Unsurprisingly suited for their vicinity. It is in the Twilight Zone. It is all that can be said about this bank and its uhm; irregular employees and similar management. I would not in all honesty recommend this bank for any kind of banking needs.

  the customer service here is terrible waiting in line for 45 minutes only to be told that I could not withdraw the amount that was posted in my account I. called customer service they said that ithe funds were there and the branch manager still stated that I would not be able to complete my transaction even with her speaking to customer service at the time I will be closing this account I would warn anyone not to use PNC Bank especially the Clinton Maryland branch. 2 hours later someone from the bank a misread called in defense of the bank teller manager who was completely rude and out of line and dealing with me in the midst of this pandemic. I am in route to withdraw the funds that are needed for my purchase add another branch that says they will have no problem serving me. It is a shame that because I a black man in America who works diligently everyday as an essential worker should be treated like this I'm going to Edgewater Maryland hopefully service will be better.

  Deposit cash into ATM Machine It got stuck and money never came back and never got record in my account. The branch manager didn't want handle my situation and told me call PNC customer service phone.I never got that money credit to my account..This branch management ripped me off .

  They didn’t know the answer and just hung up the phone. I was trying to find out why I had a fee charged for using my credit card for the first time.
