I've never had a worst experience with a bank. The managers are horrible. I can go into any other PNC branch and have a great experience, but this branch meets you at the locked door and tries not to help you. They yell out "go through the drive through" or' "make an appointment". I sat in the drive through to deposit over a hundred checks. PNC fix this.
