    I recently went to this branch for assistance initiating a wire and was assisted by Mrs. Thalya Ramirez. She did an amazing job and could not have been more helpful. While we were working on the wire she also reviewed my checking account and noted a recent fraud scheme and was able to reverse 18 charges! I highly recommend working with Mrs. Ramirez and this branch.

    There is a severe shortage of training for the staff at the location. There is a lack of communication skills and failure of following the proper bank procedure. No politeness or acknowledgment of faults either. Really disappointed and if it weren't for the FNB branch closed in Ellicott City, I would've never went there.
