    There is a severe shortage of training for the staff at the location. There is a lack of communication skills and failure of following the proper bank procedure. No politeness or acknowledgment of faults either. Really disappointed and if it weren't for the FNB branch closed in Ellicott City, I would've never went there.

    Horrible staff. Rude and Impersonal When I was making 2 transactions, I was told to make 1 transaction And wait for all the customers in line to be finish And then come for 2nd one. So humiliating 😡😡😡😠🤬
