- LWLori W.Dec 20, 20241.0Very poor customer service. I am an account holder here and needed a notary for an important document. I called and asked if I needed to schedule an appointment and was told I did not and I could come anytime until the bank closed. I went in the evening and I was told that the notary was too busy to help me. It only takes a couple of minutes to review a document and notarize it! I asked for the manager Tajean Roper and then was told that she is the notary! I really needed this done and will be filing a complaint with corporate.
