However, all has changed with supposedly the new team, who is so incompetent. Tried to fax some letter to a loan department. Clerk Ismail started working on it and it dragged too long. I had to leave and asked to give a call (supposedly within 30 minutes) two weeks when he would be done with my request. I never received a call back. I came back and solved this problem but asked to make a monthly payment another clerk (Enitan Falana) to my loan. Without asking me whether it should bar a monthly payment or a payment towards a principal, he transferred money as a principal payment. Now I am back to the problem where I started, which is to make a monthly payment. For some inexplicable reason I cannot access my account online (which they also were not able to help) and I sought their help. If you have option to go to another branch, please do not waste your time there.
