  Kim and Andre are fantastic, definitely superb hospitable experience. High energy, informative, recommend leadership as this service is hard to find in banking

  Consistently terrible customer service from the extremely high strung and slightly unhinged branch manager Bikanda. Other employees routinely display more professionalism and courtesy for customers than this particular manager. Absolutely every time I go into this branch Bikanda is either arguing with someone over the phone or nearly yelling at customers in the lobby to sit down, repeatedly. Even when the couches and chairs are full. In addition, the wait is always extremely long. Despite that, customers politely wait. Meanwhile Bikanda randomly complains loudly that she has so much work to do. All of this is exacerbated by the fact that she attends to customers in no particular order. The worse most unprofessional customer service of any bank I deal with, and as an Accountant I deal with alot. A singularly unpleasant experience. I’m always tempted to ask her if something is wrong, but I don’t want to give her anything to bite down on, and clearly something is.

  I have been a costumer at PNC for about 8 years now. The other day I received outstanding service I have never gotten before from any PNC. From arguing with workers and managers I was finally able to get genuine help from someone. Not only was the help quick and easy, the bank teller, named Kennedy, was able to explain everything to me in an understanding matter. For the first time I didn’t feel belittled by this banks workers. I was having problems with my PNC app for days. My checks from work wouldn’t deposit and everyone I called for help through PNC or in person was not helpful. But the second I went to Kennedy she was ready and it seemed as if she knew the whole run down. While Kennedy kept our interaction very professional, I left with a smile on my face. After many tries I always contemplating ending my relationship with PNC especially more recently. But thanks to Kennedy I have a trusted, professional and also happy to help bank teller!!! Thank you so much Kennedy!
