- LSLilly Sampson4 days ago5.0I have been a costumer at PNC for about 8 years now. The other day I received outstanding service I have never gotten before from any PNC. From arguing with workers and managers I was finally able to get genuine help from someone. Not only was the help quick and easy, the bank teller, named Kennedy, was able to explain everything to me in an understanding matter. For the first time I didn’t feel belittled by this banks workers. I was having problems with my PNC app for days. My checks from work wouldn’t deposit and everyone I called for help through PNC or in person was not helpful. But the second I went to Kennedy she was ready and it seemed as if she knew the whole run down. While Kennedy kept our interaction very professional, I left with a smile on my face. After many tries I always contemplating ending my relationship with PNC especially more recently. But thanks to Kennedy I have a trusted, professional and also happy to help bank teller!!! Thank you so much Kennedy!

I was received by a rude woman and I could only think that she thought she could treat her customers like her children at home. Told me where not to walk within the bank because I decided to stand and pace instead of sitting down (extraordinary!) and was I the owner of the business (irrelevant and quite frankly none of her business). Time for PNC to re-train this woman or find a replacement.
- HTHaley TownsendMay 3, 20261.0This bank’s in-lobby AtM had a dispensing error and while a teller helped me withdraw the amount I needed, I discovered the next day they still took out of my account the cash that wasn’t dispensed due to the ATM error. All this and I somehow got wrangled into the manager’s office to “update my email” (it wasn’t out of date) was subjected to pitches for their financial advisor services and savings accounts—with no awareness or concern from the manager about the ATM issue I had. Now my money is tied up in a 10 day investigation by the bank into their own error. Incredible, truly.
