I have been a loyal PNC customer at the Chestnut Hill, Beltsville Branch for many years, which makes this experience all the more disappointing. During a recent visit, the teller insinuated that I was depositing a fraudulent check and demanded that I go back to my car to retrieve the envelope for verification. The implication was insulting and the approach was completely unprofessional. Long-time customers deserve to be treated with dignity and respect — not suspicion. I expect better from PNC.

Today March 22 i was told by the branch manager YANCY that it is my responsibily to check so see if money is real before leaving their bank. I was given a fake 100 bill on Friday by the front teller supervisor but because I left like 2hrs before realizing it they insinuated I had more than enough time to do whatever. You charge customers all these fees but yet we cannot trust that the money we are receiving from the bank is real. OMG!!! Horrible experience. I would never forget and would continue to spead this to all that would listen.
