JACKSON IS AMAZING! My husband and I came into bank to activate our business cards, Jackson assisted and then after talking with him, he explained the great benefits with banking with PNC, not only for our business, but for personal as well. We decided to open a personal account with PNC and Jackson made this process a smooth and pleasant one. He is also very friendly and easy to talk to. never returning, never have i ever walked into a business and been talked to/about the way one of the tellers spoke about me. the other teller was very sweet though

Retail banking is very hit or miss these days...Wells Fargo wasted almost 2 hours of my time to close down the account of a deceased relative though I had the required probate paperwork. So I don't doubt that people have had bad experiences. But both staff members who helped me with complex issues at this branch could not have been more professional or courteous. I would definitely consider them if you need a service like trust accounts that are best handled at one of the 'big banks'.
