  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10-Star Experience at PNC Bank I would like to give 10 stars to the amazing team at PNC Bank especially (Branch Manager Lisa) and Business Services Representative Torrie Peters. From the moment I walked into the branch, I was greeted by a professional security guard an older gentleman who was extremely respectful and welcoming (I apologize that I did not get his name). That greeting alone set the tone for a great experience. Opening my company business account took two days but Lisa never gave up. She was patient, dedicated, and remained committed until everything was fully completed. Her professionalism and determination truly meant a lot to me. Torrie Peters was just as outstanding knowledgeable, supportive, and professional throughout the entire process. Together, they made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and reassuring. Thank you, Lisa and Torrie, for your hard work, patience, and excellent customer service. Your support helped me take an important step forward in my business journey.   I really appreciate the Help of Charles. He’s a great Banker and I recommend everyone to book appointment with him. The workers were very nice to me and it to me less than 30min to get my account set up. Thank you and much appreciated

  I have been a PNC customer for 5+ years and I applaud the great service I've had with PNC. However, this review is not to discredit PNC as a whole. This review is simply for this branch and the management! I normally do my banking else where, but this bank is the closest branch to my house. On multiple occasions I have came to this bank to do a quick deposit and I can never do it because their machine won't accept cash. Which inconveniences me even more. Not only did I waste gas, I also didn't get to deposit my money and I now have to spend more time to go somewhere else! This morning I had an early start and decided to stop at this branch to handle something with my account. I arrived 3 minutes after the branch was set to open (9am). I walk up to the door and it's locked. Ok, I understand.. people get to a late start or maybe someone just forgot to unlock the door. I sit back in my car to wait. Another man comes to the door as well and he's trying to get in. He knocks for a while and is standing around. No one comes. I continued to sit in my car for almost 20 minutes and still the man was standing there waiting as well as another customer. I couldn't help but look at the Bank of America across the street to see their customers coming in and out freely because their branch opened on time. I don't understand why a bank that is only open for 3 hours cannot open on time. I eventually drove away so I honestly don't know how long it took for someone to open and let the customers in. For all I know, it could have been 30 or more minutes later. I will not be visiting this branch again and I am highly disappointed in the customer service. There has not been one time that I've visited this branch and been satisfied.
