From the moment I walked into the branch, I was greeted by a professional security guard an older gentleman who was extremely respectful and welcoming (I apologize that I did not get his name). That greeting alone set the tone for a great experience. Opening my company business account took two days but Lisa never gave up. She was patient, dedicated, and remained committed until everything was fully completed. Her professionalism and determination truly meant a lot to me. Torrie Peters was just as outstanding knowledgeable, supportive, and professional throughout the entire process. Together, they made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and reassuring.
