I had to stand and wait around for several minutes before someone showed up. I can't imagine that's good for bank security. I had an issue with a check and they assured me it would be fine to just process through the ATM. Well, just as I predicted, here I am the next day with a check that failed to process because they were too lazy to simply process it for me as I requested. Now I must wait an additional week before I can access my funds. Completely ridiculous. This inconvenience could have been avoided entirely had this staff cared to do their jobs.
