  I came into your bank on 06/06 with an issue which needed some resolution. Your employee Amber was extremely helpful and resourceful, and we were able to resolve the issue rather quickly. Amber was also quite pleasant and very professional and was an absolute delight to work with. FYI - PNC bank has gotten themselves a really good one here, please don't lose her!   Those bad reviews are outdated. Customer service here has been exceptional. There’s always a warm welcome. I appreciate the friendliness. Everyone is always extremely helpful. If only it had a drive thru which is only caveat.

  I'm new to PNC Bank. I'm writing this review because this location is essentially ridiculous. I went there to withdraw money to pay my property tax, and the lady I looked around, and the lady said oh we don't have money here. And I get it, maybe where they're located they've been robbed a few times or something. But really and truly PNC needs to say that this is a PNC business center. Or a PNC resource center. But this is not a bank. It's empty it's nothing in there it's like these two women. There's like some sort of PNC signs around I mean it just looks ridiculous and it is ridiculous . PNC should be ashamed. I just made a u-turn and I walked out with the most confused look on my face I've ever had. They need to either closes this location or retitle it so that people will know not to waste their time

  Incompetent staff. I walked in yesterday and no one was even working at the front of the branch. I had to stand and wait around for several minutes before someone showed up. I can't imagine that's good for bank security. I had an issue with a check and they assured me it would be fine to just process through the ATM. Well, just as I predicted, here I am the next day with a check that failed to process because they were too lazy to simply process it for me as I requested. Now I must wait an additional week before I can access my funds. Completely ridiculous. This inconvenience could have been avoided entirely had this staff cared to do their jobs.

  As a new customer my first impression is about this brunch is awful.employee acts like why we come in here.no greeting,no smile and delay with the work.also there is oniy 1 cashier available and the rest not sure having break or what they just sitting there and play with the phone.
