- KGKacy GableAug 5, 20241.0I’ve used this bank since 2018/2019. My issue is with this particular location. I go in at least once per month and they have one of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. I wish I knew her name, she is an older (60s?) white woman with short grey hair and glasses. She is always, curt, snappy and comes off, frankly, racist. On top of this, she clearly hates her job and the customers, and yet, she is always training the (presumably) new staff. Additionally, I’m not sure if they have trouble retaining employees but someone is always training. I am only leaving a review because this happens every single time I am in there and someone needs to talk to her about her terrible attitude. Worst customer service I’ve encountered at a bank.

Usually if we would put a hold on a large check deposit, it is 5 business days. If you call my office, I would like to resolve this and look into what the circumstance was. Was this a brand new account and a large check deposit? Thank you,
