I've banked with this branch since 2005/2006 and I've got say, I've been treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy you could ever imagine. Teresa's team are, in my opinion, a direct reflection of their leadership. In this case, exceptional. Whenever I call or stop in via the drive thru, they greet me with excitement and enthusiasm every time. It is so refreshing to do business with a team of people that treat me as a person and not just another account. Before COVID, when I would have to go inside to conduct business, there's always a friendly warmth in the atmosphere. Just wanted share my experience with the staff and leadership of Howard Bank in Aberdeen.
