- PWPatricia WilderSep 9, 20262.0We opened our business bank account at this branch about a year and a half ago. Initially we worked with Tyler and he was great. Unfortunately, there appears to be a lot of turnover which results in a lot of disorganization. Almost any transaction they have to call corporate to approve. Even to get a certified check it takes 20+ minutes. It can take take less time if there is a manager at the branch but many times there isn’t one. Additionally, they asked to meet with me to discuss payment processing solutions and essentially put someone from corporate on speakerphone to discuss them with me which feels strange. We will be sticking with local banks from now on. I would not recommend PNC (or at least this one) for small businesses.
