  I worked with Frank on my mortgage recently. Great experience, he was friendly, and delivered everything we needed on time. Our lawyer commented that their closing costs were the lowest they'd seen, so that was nice too. They also got us the best rate we'd seen, so it was an all around win.

  I'm a victim of fraud, and Middlesex Federal Savings, F.A.'s partner, Novo fintech, is not doing anything about the fact that they allowed someone to create an account using my business name. I found this out because I received a debit card in the mail. I've never done business with Novo or Middlesex. I contacted Novo immediately, telling them that someone has committed fraud and they actually sent me a spammy-looking Docusign to verify that I am who I say I am despite my website and social media accounts that have existed for more than a decade. I'm not filling that out. No way. I filed a case with the BBB a few days ago instead, but Novo STILL won't tell me that they've suspended that account. In fact, they keep emailing me asking to respond to their support team when I have - every single time. As of the time I'm writing this, someone could be committing fraud against me, AS I WRITE THIS, using my business credentials. Novo's security verification is seriously lacking, and I can only imagine that FDIC-backed Middlesex Federal Savings, F.A.'s security verification is equal to Novo's. As I've told Novo: the next call is to my attorney if this is not resolved this upcoming week.
