  Fraud on my account 3 departments and 8 people later NOTHING resolved and the want ME to pay 10 bucks for a new card.

  I recently financed a vehicle through Quincy Credit Union and worked with Kaitlyn in consumer lending. The entire process was quick, efficient, and clearly explained from start to finish. Kaitlyn was responsive, helped coordinate the documentation and DocuSign closing, and made sure the check was promptly sent to the dealership so there were no delays. Excellent experience with Kaitlyn and QCU once again.

  Call center is ineffective. Don’t bother calling just go in to a branch to get anything done or fixed. Ridiculous.

  The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Being cut off, talked over when speaking, spoken down to and hung up on is unbelievable. To call back and have them repeatedly send you through the q so that your call is not answered and then pick up and hang up immediately multiple times. From Alex supposedly the manager! Finally got through and Alex answered again refusing to transfer me to her manager. She said she would not allow me to speak with him and I could drive down to the branch to talk to him if I would like, knowing I would have to drive from RI to talk to him. After continuing and stating that I myself have worked in customer service for years and this is unacceptable, and if I was not allowed to speak to the manager I would call the other location in Weymouth to request to talk to the manager. She advised she and all call service was from Weymouth. I was finally placed on a long hold to see if the manager was available. I was advised that no one in the Quincy location could take my call where the manager is located at this time. I was advised they were all in a meeting. Was advised I could leave a message for him at his extension (I don’t even feel sure that this was his vm as there was no vm prompt to whose mailbox it was.) I have never had a negative experience with the Quincy Credit Union at the Quincy location in my life. All the service reps there have been very kind, helpful and respectful. I have had accounts with them for years. The call service experience today in Weymouth has made me want to close all my accounts here with this company.
