What can I say, the staff is nice, I have financed two cars through them as their rates are great and the application process is easy and the team is friendly. I worked with Sonya and she was very helpful. If you are looking for a loan or just need a local bank I’d check them out.
- ALAlena LeGrosAug 10, 20261.0This has been one of the most frustrating and unacceptable banking experiences I have ever had. I went to the branch in person specifically to close my account. I spoke directly with both a teller and the branch manager, paid the remaining balance as well as the required closing fee, and was explicitly assured that the account was fully closed and that I would have no further obligations. Yet, a month later, I received a letter claiming that I owe $4.80 in interest on an account that had a $0 balance and was supposedly already closed. This is completely unacceptable. Customers should be able to rely on the information provided by a bank’s employees - especially a branch manager - when closing an account. If an account is not actually closed after a customer follows every instruction, pays all required amounts, and receives confirmation that the closure is complete, that reflects a serious failure in the bank’s procedures and staff training. I should not have to spend additional time resolving charges on an account that your own employees assured me was closed. Based on this experience, I have absolutely no confidence in this bank’s ability to handle even basic account management accurately or professionally. I strongly recommend that anyone considering banking here think twice.

- RRRyanMay 22, 20261.0Awful customer service, lousy denial on a small loan of 70000. Will never do business here again in 2026. Denied my loan due to having a grocery store job! Awful and mean!!! Un professional emails from someone like a st Francis 3rd grader would send!!
