  I wish I had a real experience to share! I went online to open a basic checking/ savings account, was told that I would hear from an associate to assist me, and nothing. Emailed to ask if someone would be reaching out to me, was told they would, and nothing. I just wanted to open a simple account, not apply fr a loan! I'm all set, as the lack of communication speaks volumes.

  Came to get a car loan for the first time and Vikas was VERY helpful throughout the entire process. He gave me clear instructions of what he needed from me and everything was completed very promptly and with very clear communication. I would highly recommend this place, they really seem to care about the customer experience

  I went into ply Membersplus for a new debit card due to the fact my card was breached. I specifically asked for my card to be connected to a specific acct. card was connected to wrong acct. I called multiple times to have this corrected and no answer and I never see many people frequenting this bank.
