- JRJinqi Jack RenApr 30, 20262.0I have previously had great customer service experiences with PNC Bank, but my recent visit to this branch was disappointing. The staff were friendly, but the service lacked professionalism. 1. There did not appear to be a first-come, first-served system. I arrived at 8:59 AM as the first customer. I waited 34 min and had to raised my voice, while other customers were served ahead of me. 2. I later noticed a $30 transfer service fee. I have completed similar transfers with other branches multiple times without being charged. When I contacted customer service, I was told the fee was applied because the transfer was not initiated from my Virtual Wallet account. I could have easily moved the funds between accounts to avoid the charge if I had known.
