- CACynthia AlvaradoMar 20, 20261.0I had the worst experience with TurboTax. My assigned preparer, Celestine, told me she would call me—and never did. I ended up having to call TurboTax three days in a row just to try to get updates or answers. What made it even more frustrating is that no one else could help me because Celestine had my file. She then took two days off, and apparently that meant my case was completely stuck—no one else could access it or move things forward. I had clearly communicated that my situation was URGENT, yet there was zero follow-up and no communication that she would be out. Being left in the dark like that is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with something time-sensitive like taxes. Overall, extremely disappointed with the lack of communication, accountability, and support. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
