Their entire system feels designed to block you instead of serve you — every transfer, every deposit, every simple action turns into a bureaucratic chokehold. Their online portal looks like a high-school HTML project, laggy, clunky, and allergic to anything resembling modern banking. Their customer support is a disaster: you get bounced around, put on hold, handed off to reps who don’t know their own policies, and treated like your business is an inconvenience. And the obsession with faxes — faxes, in 2025 — makes them feel like a museum exhibit rather than a financial institution. Every time you try to move your own money, they throw up another wall, another “verification,” another outdated process that kills your time and momentum. There is no innovation, no urgency, no respect for a business owner’s reality. PNC operates like they’re proud of being slow, proud of being obstructive, and utterly unaware that the rest of the world moved on.
