I agreed to the full service to ensure I had completed everything correctly. After taxes were completed they tried to charge me $700. I was in shock, and very upset. I called turbo tax and they said sorry you can cancel full service. I wasted so much time. Turbo tax has just lost a customer, very shady business practice and experts are definitely not experts.
