I can’t say enough great things about Andri, the Branch Manager, and the entire team at Central One Federal Credit Union. They are always so wonderful to work with, no matter what I need help with.
From the drive-thru and making deposits to getting money when I need it, helping with loans, and answering questions about my accounts and services, Andri and the team are always there for me. What really stands out is that they don’t just help when I ask—they take the time to check in and make sure everything is going well and see if there is anything else they can do to help.
Their customer service, kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for their members are truly exceptional. Words can hardly express how much I appreciate everything they do. I always feel valued and taken care of when I work with Andri and the team.

Terrible bank. I'm not sure who you think you are telling someone what they can and can not record from a public sidewalk. It's up to you to safeguard any information you have on your clients. Close the blinds on the front of the bank, or remove the windows.

I went to this bank branch to make a deposit, and from the very beginning I felt an unpleasant attitude toward assisting me. The responses I received to each of my requests were blunt and lacked courtesy or warmth. While the answers may have been legally correct, they were delivered without respect and without offering any alternatives or helpful guidance.
You can usually feel when a bank makes you feel important and valued as a customer, but unfortunately I did not feel that here. The employee who assisted me was Brunilda.
My recommendation for the staff and management is that, even when requests may not be possible or are not valid, responses should still be delivered with kindness, respect, and a genuine willingness to help or offer alternatives. Courtesy and empathy go a long way in customer service.
