  So they have a great website and chance to apply for a loan online. It provides you with opportunity to get potential approval before dealing with store. The representative calling, however, seemed condescending from start when calling to review what was applied for looking for my deposit and when calling back to talk about the loan, she seemed keen to find a way not to approve the loan. My expenditures were before them, their next question was what else do you pay rather than do you have other income because the website didn’t give that opportunity. The rep seemed keen to deny rather than to approve from the start. I understand business and you don’t want a bad loan but there was never an interest to find out how they could help or look to bring in new business.

  People can't get the dates right on payment and ended up having my bank call me to tell me that my account is negative this morning. Yall sent a text yesterday saying g it was due today, 2 weeks after loan, and by 8 a.m. took payment. Didn't even give me time and kinda funny that they can take their payment by card when they feel like it but when you walk in to pay it HAS to be cash only. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN..
