- LLLadyApr 20, 20261.0the old lady at the front desk with brown hair is extremely rude. i brought in a deposit and she would say rude remarks. like im sorry you have to do your job?? she makes me not want to be a customer at PNC. being rude EVERY single time i come in is crazy. everyone else is lovely though it’s literally just her.
