- WSWade StewartSep 26, 20261.0Don't rely on there auto payment for secure credit card payments. Raised my credit limit last month and was sure to use my card to help build my credit.. Been to the Owenton location 4 or 5 times to make sure my ENTIRE balance is paid every month and each time I'm assured it's taken care of and it never is. My balance was round 900 this month and auto pay paid $17.09 of it 😂 .. Today I'm told only the statement balance "the minimum" can be paid on auto pay every month. It's almost like they want you to have a outstanding balance. Not sure why this wasn't told to me the 1st time. So every month I have to remember to drive to bank and pay my credit card off. Just like everything else in the world I'm told to download a flipping app. Lol Beyond pissed. I wish everyone had a app shoved.
