  When we used them last year to file our taxes my husbands social security number was submitted incorrectly which caused delay in getting returns. They also said our funds would be direct deposited but our bank information was never submitted so we received hard copy checks. None of this was major, mistakes happen so we used them again this year. We provided our banking information for direct deposit and they submitted it incorrectly by one number. This is causing a major delay in return and huge headache. The difference this time was that it was made to feel like our fault instead of apologizing and attempting to make things right. We won’t be using them again after this.

  Niki has been my accountant for 10 years now, and she consistently does amazing work! She is thorough, patient, and has helped me with our complicated blended family tax returns. When I started a small business a few years ago, she was, and still is, so helpful and knowledgeable! She builds great atmosphere at her business and I highly recommend!
