They were open until 6PM, and I got there right before the doors were going to close. The notary (and I regret not knowing her name) was so patient and awesome. She stayed after 6-on a FRIDAY-to make sure everything was taken care of. A+++ customer service. I love banking with PNC, but this just reassured why it is so great. Thank you!
