- NSNichole Shelton1 day ago1.0No one knows what they are doing at the branch, in legal review, or even at corporate. This isn't the only branch with issues or people who are not well trained, nor knowledgeable and have limited service skills (or common sense) but it's definitely the worst. I have expressed and continue to follow up until I'm able to resolve things. Transparency and definitely access is non existent. People who can't be contacted male decisions the customers and their legal representatives are not privy to. Paperwork lost. Paperwork entered in wrong. Asinine procedures and ineffectiveness are rampant. It may not even be the employees fault totally. I will never bank here. I'm saddened by the MONTHS of multiple horrid interactions and precious time wasted.

- KVKen VaughnSep 2, 20261.0Long time customer and needed to get a boat title notarized. Called them the day before and was told no appointment necessary and come on in. Showed up the next day and was told they would notarize my signature but not the other person since they weren't a PNC customer. Wasn't happy but asked if I could pay for them to notarize his signature so I wouldn't have to run around looking for a notary. Was told nope, couldn't help a customer. Went to Stockyards Bank where he banks and they did both, no problem. Will have to reconsider my relationship with PNC. Absolutely ridiculous policy.
