Absolute worst bank I have ever encountered. They do not routinely put your savings into the money market to get their clients the best rate of return . You have to ask them to make an exception … ridiculous ! Also we had an account hacked and it felt like they wouldn’t do their best to recover . I spent several hours trying to track down the stolen money .. they said it was too long after it was stolen ( I think they give you 60 days ) to refund . Also there were other issues concerning a Will that were not adequately explained in a timely manner . I would never put my money in a PNC BANK . They know who I am - they failed us during a horrible time in our lives . They simply did not advise us thoroughly and correctly the legal issues in a timely manner- which I believe cost my family several hundred dollars. BEWARE PNC - THEY ARE THE WORST . They can contact me any time they want .
